Paleo Mango en Fuego

Ingredients
1 mango
3 strawberries
1 tablespoon lime juice
chili powder, to taste

TIP! A ripe mango will “give” slightly and a firm mango will ripen at room temperature over a few days.

The mango fruit provides 100% of daily vitamin C, 35% of daily vitamin A and 12% of daily fiber.

Peel the mango and cut into strips. Hull the strawberries after rinsing and cut them in half lengthwise.

Arrange the mango into a star shape, with the strawberries flat side down in the middle.

Drizzle the mango and strawberries with fresh squeezed lime juice. Sprinkle with chili powder.
