Easy Keto Guacamole

2 large avocados
1 tomato, diced
1/2 small yellow or red onion, diced
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
1 teaspoon ground red cayenne pepper

TIP! Save the avocado pit and place it in the middle of the dish when you put leftovers in the refrigerator to help keep from browning.

This Keto guacamole is rich in fiber, potassium and other essential nutrients needed for optimal health.

Fiber can keep cholesterol from building up in your arteries, which reduces your risk of heart disease and heart attack.

Slice avocados in half and remove pits. Use a spoon to scoop out the avocado flesh and place in a small bowl. Mash with a fork.

Add tomato, onion, cilantro, and lime juice (which helps with flavor and prevents browning.) Mix well with a spoon. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
