4 perfect hard boiled omega 3 eggs
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon avocado oil
1 teaspoon ground ginger
paprika, to taste

Start with perfect hard boiled eggs. Let them cool completely. Slice each egg in half. Remove the hardened yolks from the eggs and place into a small mixing bowl. Add oils and ground ginger, then mash with a fork.
If you don’t have a cake decorating tool, you can place the yolk mixture into a plastic bag, and squeeze it through a small hole poked in the bottom. Alternatively you can just scoop the mixture back into each egg half. Sprinkle with organic paprika. Yeah Buddy!
